Hilary Jo Anderson joined her mom Cary Hofstad in February 2005 with her Realtor salesperson license. Cary Jo’s Team now consists of Cary Hofstad who is a broker and Listing's Specialist and Hilary Jo Anderson who is a Buyer’s Specialist. Another member of the family that is involved in real estate is Dave Hofstad, Hilary’s dad and Cary’s husband. Dave owns and operates Hilzac, Corp. which currently is developing nearly 100 lots called Stratford Village south of Kalispell. Dave brings to the family more than 25 years of building experience and an enormous amount of new, affordable housing for Flathead Valley residents. With great role models in the industry like these, Hilary is enthusiastic to develop her career as a successful Realtor.
Hilary graduated from Montana State University in 2005 with a degree in Consumer Science and specific training in Human Development. Her extensive background in consumer economics and family finance at Montana State and multiple years as a customer service specialist will help her succeed as a Buyer’s Agent and Client Care Manager. One of Hilary’s main desires is to focus on the first-time home-buyer market, ensuring that consumers have a wealth of knowledge regarding their real estate transaction and that consumer interests are always kept as the number one priority.
Originally from the Seattle area, Hilary has always loved outdoor experiences as a young girl and continued to pursue outdoor activities when her family moved to Kalispell in 1995. She frequents the outdoors, doing anything that allows her time outside including skiing, biking, camping, hiking and anything else under the big sky. She recently married a great guy in October 2006 whose name is Paul Anderson. Paul just completed his Electricians Apprenticeship and is currently working on large commercial projects in Kalispell.
